W~li'L:I'.?\r., pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted J~>:% 25, 1989, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raat:kka ~l ~[akanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the tarvia ~J~[;~cing improvement of the following street: Hematite Street N.W. between 153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lane N.W.
