Councilmomhm' F'earson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-08-1 86 RESOLUTION HECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMF!N~f PROJECT #89-17 (BISON STREET N.W.) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted July 25, 1989, ~,. rc?',t has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. wilh refumn~:e to the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following street: a) f~i:;on Street N.W. between 171st Avenue N.W. and 173rd Avenue N.W. AND WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on August 8, 1989, whici~ report indicates the following: E,'-~tima{ed Total Cost of Project E:;tima;od Total Assessment per Unit (iadividual property cost): E,,;timah?,d Annual Assessment per Unit 10 Year Term $33,020.00 4,717.14 734.93 NOW THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COI)N'I"¢, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the tarvia surfacing improvemo~d of ,'uch streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for ail er a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter a[ aI~ .:;~-;t~mated total cost of the improvement of $33,020.00. 2. ) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 29th day of /',ugu,,~t, 1989, in the Council Chamber of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Admini,~;trator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvomc, nt n:~ required by law.
