Counci!rftemhnr I'earson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 89-195 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING PETITION AND ORDERING OF FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR <br />THE DOL.OMI'FI~ STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-15 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider <br />the improw~,~r~f;nh of sanitary and storm sewer, water utilities, and paving for Dolomite Street <br />NW; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct <br />percentage ~f hwJful signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> W;IEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the <br />City Charter ~rlci iVlinnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 ) A certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the <br />improveme~d~; of ~;anitary sewer, and water utilities for Dolomite Street NW has been filed with <br />the City E:ou~cil on August 15, 1989. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required por¢:(;~]ta(Io of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the <br />City of Rs~msoy' o~dinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br /> 2 ) The petition is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he <br />is instructed to pre;pare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising <br />the Council ir~ a p~eliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />the cost el the proiect to each affected properly owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as <br />to whether il ;hot,Id be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other <br />improveme~t <br /> <br />The above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to by the Project <br /> <br />#89-1 5. <br /> <br />The motio¢~ ior d~e adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Del_uca arid upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor F',eimann <br />Counciln~eniber DeLuca <br />Cour~cilr, lembor Cich <br />Co~Jr~cilm~;mber Pearson <br /> <br />and the foliowir~!'! w~ted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
