WI~EREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 25th day of July, 1989 fixed a dale ~', ~' a ('.ouncil hearing on the proposed tarvia surfacing improvement of the following street: I tematite Street N.W. between 154th Lane N.W. and 153rd Lane N.W. AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 15th day of August, 1989, at which all pe-sons ~!esmng to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW Tlll,;REF()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI;;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 25th day of July, 1989. 2) That Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designmed as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the makin;~ ~f ~;uch Jmprovement.
