Ly Administrator was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving Hematite Street between 153rd Lane ar, d ].54d~ I,ane N.W. AND Wi-Ib;!~EAS, the City Administrator has notified the council that suc~] p.n~posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office i~o~' },~d~lic inspection, NOW TItERE~'~)Rk;, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1) A h~.~,~ring shall be held on the 5th day of September in the city hal ~ at 7:20 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time ,~J. place all persons owning property affected by such improvem,~,~, will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference 2) Tb,.t ~;[ty Administrator is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hea~.'~r~g on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall! sleaze in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
