Ly Administrator was directed to prepare a proposed <br />assessment of the cost of improving Hematite Street between 153rd <br />Lane ar, d ].54d~ I,ane N.W. <br /> <br /> AND Wi-Ib;!~EAS, the City Administrator has notified the council <br />that suc~] p.n~posed assessment has been completed and filed in his <br />office i~o~' },~d~lic inspection, <br /> <br />NOW TItERE~'~)Rk;, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1) A h~.~,~ring shall be held on the 5th day of September in the <br />city hal ~ at 7:20 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at <br />such time ,~J. place all persons owning property affected by such <br />improvem,~,~, will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference <br /> <br /> 2) Tb,.t ~;[ty Administrator is hereby directed to cause a notice <br />of the hea~.'~r~g on the proposed assessment to be published once in <br />the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and <br />he shall! sleaze in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
