Counc~ im~r~ber DeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION %89-08-208 RESOLUTION V~)?, HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (87-18 AND 88-9 FRONT STREET) W}!E~E.'\S~ by a resolution passed by the council on August 15, 1989, the City Administrator was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the streets of Front Street, Tungsten A'.zenue, Sunfish Lake Blvd. and Feldspar Street. AND WiN!;REAS, the City Administrator has notified the council that such i~'~posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for ?~b!J.c inspectJ_on, NOW THER'~,IFO}~R~ BE IT RESOI.,VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1) A ]~.~aring shall be held on the 5th day of September in the city hal! ~J~ 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such tim~ and place all persons owning property affected by such improvem(~,~[ v~J. Jl be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such ~;e~sment. 2) 'Ch~ {lity Administrator is hereby directed to cause a notice of the bea~ ]~g on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall '~t;,te in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
