Councilmcnll~c; I'carson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-08-215 RESf)LIJr!"~(?,N APPROVING ABATEMENT OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PAYMENT WHEREAS, the City Finance Office has confirmed that a payment made on August 1, 1!)88 (cash receipt #194-57) by Registered Abstracters for Improvement Project #84-11 against PIN 35-~?-25- 12-0003 was not reported to Anoka County; and W~tEREAS, this special assessment is on the County tax rolls and has been included i~ lax :~m~ement due and payable for the year of 1989; and WHEREAS, Mr. Curtis Kadlec, property owner, has submitted an "Application for Abatemcnt" Ibma requesting abatement of all remaining balances shown on the County tax rolls for ImpI'ovcn~(m'i t'roject #84-11.
