Councilmembor Pr)arson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-08-219 RESOLU-['ION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR BUCK BLACKTOP, INC. (PROJECT #89- 1 RIVER'S H,I~:N[~ PARK- SOUTH DEVELOPMENT) WI-iEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, bids were received by City Council Resolution #89-04-69 on April 11, 10[~9; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 13, 1989; ai~d WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-06- 132 awardin(i lho contract to Buck Blacktop, Inc. for the improvements at River's Bend Park; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommendod partial payment to Buck Blacktop, Inc. in the amount of $14,384.90. NOW THEREI:O:,;iE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ,~,r4OKf,, COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: !) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Buck Blacktop, Inc. I~'~r the improvements at River's Bend Park (Improvement Project #89-1) in the amount or ,1;14,384,90. :,.)
