Councilmemb,;~ Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-08-220 RESOLU]"IOH At'PROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W. B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT #88- 13). WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project in March, 1 WHFREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to W. ~. Miller, Inc. for the construction of site improvements to Rum River Terrace; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recornrrv.;~(ied partial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $1,268.59. NOW THEF{EF(')F1E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOK/'~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i ) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. for th(: (:(~n~-iruction of site improvements to Rum River Terrace in the amount of $1,268.5g. :i ) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the releaso form for this partial payment. · :-'~ ) The amount of this partial payment is not included in the resolution approving payn;oni of bills for the month of August, 1989. this resohdion.
