Councihnemt),.~r Poarson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-08-222 RESOLUTION t,.PPROVlNG PARTIAL PAY FOR BUFFALO BITUMINOUS, INC. (PROJECT #.88-71 IMPROVEMENTS TO 153RD AVENUE) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project in April 25, 10S.q; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to B~dfaio ~}ituminous, Inc. for the improvements to 153rd Avenue N.W.; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., recon~n~;n,4~;~! partial payment to Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. in the amount of $17,955.00. NOW THEI:iEE'OIIE, BE IT RESOLVEB BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKIt COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Buffalo Bituminous, ll~(;, f(~r the improvements to 153rd Avenue N.W. in the amount of $17,955.00. ~:') ~'hat the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the re!nas~: form for this partial payment. .i:; -lhat the total amount of this partial payment is not included in the resolution at:~pr'~,wng payment of bills for the month of August, 1989. 'lhat the City of Ramsey's Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolt~tion.
