Councilme.mh~r Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-08-225 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR S. J. LOUIS CONSTRUCTION (PROJECT #87-19 EXTI~NSION OF SEWER AND WATER TO INDUSTRIAL AREA). WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 14, 1987: aild WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to S J. !..outs Construction, Inc. for the extension of sewer and water to the Industrial Area; and WitEREAS, City Engineer, Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommm~ded final payment to S. J. Louis Construction in the amount of $58,658.11. NOW THEREFOI:IE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKlt COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i ) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to S. J. Louis Constructk~n, Inc. for the extension of sewer and water to the Industrial Area in the amount of $58,658.11. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the role;_ls~-~ form for this final payment. 3) The amount of this partial payment is not included in the resolution approving p~,yrncni of [)ills for the month of August, 1989. this resolutions.
