Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-08-228 RESOLU'Fi©N (:;RANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE DELLWOOD HILLS ADDITION. WP~EREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on April 4, 1989, and recommended the Developer to proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and WI~iEREAS, the Rarnsey Park and Recreation Commission met on April 13, 1989, and reco~nmended that cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and W~EREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on June 12, 1989, and recomr.,~ended approval of the preliminary plat of Dellwood Addition contingent upon compliance to the City Wi-~EREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on June 27, 1989, and approved the
