Lane <br />Northwust. <br /> <br />BI,~L~L~T_T~!_EET_ NORTHWEST IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall make advance payment <br />for Bison Street Northwest improvements in the amount of Nine Thousand Four Hundred <br />Thirty Four Dollars and Twenty Eight Cents ($9,434.28) which is for the two (2) <br />units (lots). This advance payment is based on 100% of the City Engineer's <br />estimate, the City shall retain the interest. The advance payment shall be provided to <br />the Cily at the time prior to the recording of the plat. <br /> <br />STA__G_EjI iMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall be required to complete Stage II <br />Improvements (e.g., sealcoating and street/traffic signs) as provided in Section 170.03 <br />of the C. ity Code. In addition, the Developer shall make advance payment to the City for <br />these improvements. This advance payment shall be in the form of a cash deposit in the <br />amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) which is 100% of the City Engineer's <br />estima[e. 'the City shall retain the interest. The advance payment shall be provided to <br />the City ¢~t the time prior to the recording of the plat. <br /> <br />_BJJIL~_I[~.G..!~~. The Developer agrees that in compliance with the City Code, no <br />building permits for any lot in the plat shall be issued until the financial guarantees as <br />described above have been provided and that all grading and class five gravel has been <br />placed on ti~e roads. <br /> <br />DEVELj~ME_N¥ AGREEMENT. The Developer agrees to enter into a Development <br />Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for tt~,.~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
