Council~<~,~b~r ___ Pearson ___ introduced the following resolution <br />and mow~,~. :~?_~r its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-08- 232 <br /> <br />RESOLUT]iO~ ¢:~,RANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF JUNIPER WOODS ADDITION <br /> <br /> W}~EREAS, BLH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, <br />properly ~.tf3~)lied for plat approval on the <br />property .lo¢~ated in the city of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> ("Developer"), has <br />following described <br /> <br />O-,~-~.[l.c~t~ b RUM ACRES ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met <br />on March 2g, 1989, and recommended approval of the preliminary plat <br />of JUNI~.:[~~ WOODS ADDITION ("the Plat") contingent upon compliance <br />with a~l] c~i~y requirements; and <br /> <br /> W~}EREAS, The Ramsey City Council met on April 25, 1989, <br />and gra]~?.ec( ?reliminary plat approval for the Plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY'~ ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA~ GRANTS FINAL APPROVAL <br />FOR JUNIPER WOODS ADDITION CONTINGENT UPON THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />TITLE. The Developer providing proof of marketable <br />the Plat to the City. <br /> <br />D~DICATION REQUIREMENTS. Park dedication requirements <br />satisfied by the Developer dedicating 8% of the gross <br />c(~ntaJ, ned within the Plat, which park dedication is shown <br />"PAtaK" on the Plat. In addition, Developer shall pay cash <br /><,~ity in the amount of $7,300.00, which amount is based <br />of the $500/per lot requirement of the City Code. <br />~i?e 73 lots in the Plat; Developer has performed 80% of <br />}~i~'k dedication by dedication of land stated above <br />tl~eteg(~ice ]~eaving the additional 20% requirement.
