Counci Imc. mber Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-08-234 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR IMPR¢IVEMENT PROJECT #87-27 (SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION FOR OUTLET B, RUM ACRE ESTATES) WIIEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 26th day of January, 1988 fi×ed a date fora Council hearing on the proposed sanitary sewer and watermain construction for Oullot l I, lk~l~-J~ Acre Estates; and WIIEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was gi¥ca~ and the hearing was held thereon on the 24th day of February, 1988, at which all persons dcsi:'i~g to lx~ heard, were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TIlI~;It.'I~;I,'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council rcsolmion adc, gtcd on the 26th day of January, 1988. That Mr. Peter R. Raatil~ka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby de:si gna lccl as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the mai< h~g of such improvement. 3) That preparation of plans and specification shall not proceed until the developer he.s &,posited the required escrow to cover the cost of the preparation of the plans and spcci fi cat io ~ I~.
