Cotmclhnc~l ,'~r I)cl Juca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-09-242 RES()I,'tJTI{IN APPROVING ABATEMENT OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT '~q IIEREAS, the City Finance Office has confirmed that a clerical error was made by the Anoka Cotmty Auditor's Office in keying the Special Assessment payment for Project #79- 9, payable ir~ 1990~ against PIN #15-32-25-23-0013; and WlIEREAS, the payment payable in 1989 is shown on the County tax Roles in the amount o/~'l'wo Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-two dollars and two cents ($2,622.02); and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's records show and the County Auditor's Off icc has c,, ~fir, ned the amount payable in 1989 should be Two Hundred Sixty-two dollars and two cents (~')~62.02); and W~Hi;REAS, Mr. Bruce Weis, property owner, has submitted an "Application for Abatcmem" f',~rm requesting abatement in the amount of Two thousand Three Hundred Sixty Dollars ($2Z6I').00) which represents the over charge shown on the County Roles for Project #79- 9.
