Councilmemt)c.r Pel_uca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-09-247 RESOI._UHON ORDERING REVISIONS TO THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WIIEREAS, Resolution #'s 89-06-127, 89-06-129 and 89-06-130 of the City Cou~cii ct tl~?. City of Ramsey adopted the 13th day of June, 1989, authorized amendments to tile City's Qomprollensive Plan; and WI !EREAS, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared cost estimates for revisions to the l_;~nd Use, Transportation, Sewer and Critical River's elements of the plan; and WHEFIEAS, such costs are estimated as follows and shall be belled at actual cost using the sls~htrd hourly rates: Land Uso $1 2,990.00 /r~nsportation $ 5,550.00 Suwers $ 3,760.00 !:'a~ks/Critical Rivers $ 6,360.00 $28,660.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY. A¢4OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i ) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolutions adopt~'.d the 13th day of ,June, 1989. ;-!)
