Councilmc~,b~'~ I'carson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-09-254 RESOLU'ItOP,~, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, BUCK BLACKTOP, INC. (PRCOF.{'T #89-1 - RIVER'S BEND SOUTH DEVELOPMENT) with Buck 1989; and VV HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement Blacktop, Inc. for construction of the improvements at River's Bend Park on July 11, W {tI,REAS, the original contract amount if $101,555.55; and WHI;;REAS, the City Council has determined that use of crushed concrete aggregate base m,:~terial in lieu of Class 5 aggregate for the access road is desirable. NOW Ttl[?.I~I~;i~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA. MS~4'Y, ANI)KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That the City Council hereby authorizes Change Order No. 1 for the improvcn~cat:.~ m River's Bend Park South Development in the amount of $1,967,41 for use of crushed c~ mcrc ~c aggregate base material in lieu of Class 5 aggregate for the access road. 2) ~l'hat the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to execute Ch,rq:,, ()rder No. 1.
