Councilmolnber I'earson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-09-256 RESOLUTION t~PPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W. B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT #89- 16, HEM?,,TIYE STREET N.W.) W4tEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 15, ~-'.~f~;9, and Wi iEREAS, the City council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to W. i:-',. Millor, Inc. for the construction of street improvements to Hematite Street N.W.; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommr;ndod partial payment to w. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $7,630.88. NOW TtlEP, EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AHOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i ) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W. B.
