Councilmernber Pearson inlroduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-09-257 RESOLUI'i()N APPFIOVING FINAL PAY FOR W. B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT #88- 13). WilEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project in March, 19,~!.~; ;~.Ihd Wt IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to '¢;. B. Miller, Inc. for the construction of site improvements to Rum River Terrace; and Wl tEREAS, City Engineer, Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recornrnc, r~dr~d final payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $9,098.64. NOW THEREFORI:!, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I ) Fhat the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to W. B.
