CouncJJmemh(;r I'earson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-09-258 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR BUFFALO BITUMINOUS, INC. <br />(PROJECT #[;~,..21 IMPROVEMENTS TO 153RD AVENUE N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on <br />April 25, <br /> <br /> WitEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding <br />the bid to D~ftalo I~ituminous, Inc. for the improvements to 153rd Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> Wi{EREAS, City Engineer.
