Councilmemi~er ~:'earson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-08-260 RESOLU1-iON APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR BUCK BLACKTOP, INC. (PROJECT #89- 1 RIVER'S ~ZN!~ PARK .. SOUTH DEVELOPMENT) WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids, bids were received, opened and tabu!a/ed according to law, bids were received by City Council Resolution #89-04-69 on April 11, I9;i'.:~; ~r~d WtlEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 13, l!}dt-~; ~nd V~/IiEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-06- 132 awardi~)d ¢'t~(: contract to Buck Blacktop, Inc. for the improvements at River's Bend Park; and WtiEP, EAS, the City Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recom~n~;~,Jr_;~l partial payment to Buck Blacktop, Inc. in the amount of $41,391.89.
