YVtlEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 2, 1989, <br />and recommended approval of the preliminary plat of Northfork 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> '%~HEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 23, 1989, and approved the <br />preliminary i)l:tl f:)r the Northfork 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />NOW TIt,~'REI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAM,% ,Y~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> That the Council hereby grants final plat approval for Northfork 3rd <br />Addition in ~(:~ ordance with relevant City Codes pursuant to the attached Development Agreement <br />which is a i.~t of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion ,bt i. hc adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson a n(! ,._tpo!l vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc t'olltr,vi~g v()led against the same: <br /> <br />No i i C <br /> <br />and thc tbllo,,vit~g al)stained: <br /> <br />'N~ )Be <br /> <br />and th e foll(~w i~ {,- were absen t: <br /> <br />Noll~ <br /> <br />whereupon :3ai(I rcsolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26th day t>t~ S~ ptember, 1989. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
