Councilmornl}~.~r Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-10-278 <br /> <br /> WllEREAS, the City has received a petition calling for the improvements of <br />blacktoppincj..':a~itary sewer, and water utilities on Rivlyn Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct <br />percentage of iawi'ul signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> W, fl IEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the <br />City Charier and Minnesota Statues concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOr;E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> I ) That a certain petition requesting the improvements of blacktopping, <br />sanitary sow,;r, ;~nd water utilities on Rivlyn Avenue N.W. has been filed with the City Council <br />on October 24, i989. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br />affected property owners.
