Councilmornl}~.~r Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-10-278 WllEREAS, the City has received a petition calling for the improvements of blacktoppincj..':a~itary sewer, and water utilities on Rivlyn Avenue N.W.; and WIIEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of iawi'ul signatures of affected property owners; and W, fl IEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City Charier and Minnesota Statues concerning local improvements. NOW THEREFOr;E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I ) That a certain petition requesting the improvements of blacktopping, sanitary sow,;r, ;~nd water utilities on Rivlyn Avenue N.W. has been filed with the City Council on October 24, i989. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the City of Ramsey ordinance 210.0! and Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. ?_ ) That the petition shall be placed on file with the City Administrator and shall be used by ti~e City Council to declare the project at the end of the 60 day waiting period if no petition is r,~,;eived against the project. :-~ ) That the 60 day waiting period shall end 60 days from the public hearing held on ALI,(iLV,;'~ ;~!", 1989.
