Councilmoml)er Paterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-10-285 RESOLUTION (.:;P{AN'rlNG FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GARDEN OF HOPE ADDITION. WHERt~AS, Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, hereafter referred to as "Develop~;r", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of I':~a.n~sey: The :;ouih 475.00 feet of the West 10 acres of the East 20 acres of Lot 1, Auditor's Subd~vi-;ion Number 27, Anoka County, Minnesota; Ah!I) WHEREAS, the Developer shall comply with Minnesota Statutes 307.01. Plat and F{econ'J which states: Any ¢rivate person and any religious corporation may establish a cemetery on his or its; owr~ land in the following manner: the land shall be surveyed and a plat thereof ma,de. A stone or other monument shall be established to mark one corner of such ce~netery, and its location shall be designated on the plat. the plat and the cormctr.-es'~; thereof shall be certified by the surveyor, his certificate endorsed therr:on., and with such endorsement shall be filed for record with the county roco~do¢ in the county where the cemetery is located, showing the area and location of ~t~e cemetery. Any person or association owning such private cemetery may s~bdivide or rearrange the same, from time to time, as may be necessary in the conduct of the business, but no plat of such subdivision or rearrangement sh~tl! i~dorfi;re with the rights and privileges of the several lot owners of such cemetery without their consent, nor need same be filed in the office of the county reco~de~; provided, that a plat of the same shall be kept for public inspection at such cemetery; and, provided, further, that there shall be placed at the corner of each !ct oi: such subdivision or rearrangement cement or other non-destructible markem three inches or more in diameter and eight inches or more in length, one of ~;uch n~.,rkers showing the number of the lot. NOW THERI_!FOFiE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, /,J'~I()KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i ) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval for Garden of Hope Addition in accc, rd;~nce with relevant City Codes.
