Councilmemher (;ich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-10-286 RESOLUrI©N G~:IAN'rlNG FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CROOKED OAK ADDITION, WltEREAS, John G. Schutz, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied kJr plal approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: 'f't~o pr:rt of tile Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, TownsI~ip 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota which lies northeasterly of County S~ate Aid Highway No. 5 and which lies southeasterly of the following descrit-)ed line. Commencing at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of th~¢ $ot,th~ast Quarter of Section 15, thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 deg~eer;, 39 minutes 34 seconds West along the north line thereof a distance of 329.80 fe~;t to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Soufi'~ 4i degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds West to the northerly right-of-way line o! (;o[mty State Aid Highway No. 5 and there terminating. tho East 100.00 feet thereof. AND WHtLREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, 1989, and r~;com~nended the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHERiiA~';, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989, and recommondc, d that cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I ) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval for Crooked Oak Addition in ,,(:cord;mce with relevant Cily Codes.
