I I1 )t:velopment District:) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134 ;md }~s cstablished several tax increment financing districts (T[F Districts) within Dcvelopmc,~. I)is~rict No. 1 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 469.174 through 469.179; and W.~IEREAS, the City Council believes it is necessary to modify the development program (I h'og~ an...) for the Development District and to modify the Tax Increment Financing Plans for TIF I)istt'Jc~ N~. 1 and TIF District No. 4 within the Development District. NOW TIIE!~Ei,'ORE, lie IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMFSEV., ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be prepared ~. n~, ~(ii?i~-d Program for the Development District and Modified Tax Increment Financing Plans (Pla n~) ii ~' TIF ])istrict No. 1 and TIF District No. 4 and to file a copy of those documents in City 11~,1i. That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to submit the modificd )'rogr~mq m~d Plans to the School Board and County for comment and to notify the same of the tim~: :~<t l~h~ce of the hearing on the modified Program and Plans to be held before the City CotmcJ]. 3) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to prepare a notice l-or p~.~h!~r;~ion in the City's legal newspaper, the Anoka County Union, setting a public hearing bcfi,rc; thc City Council on the 14th day of November, 1989 at 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers ~,~ ~hc modified Program and Plans.
