Councilmomt)er Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-11-307 RESOI [rflOi~J APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING BIDS FOR COUNCIL CHAMBERS TABLE WI-iEREAS, pursuant to City Council direction, Mr. Jim Hiltz of Graphic Design Architects ha,~, prepared plans and specifications for a table for the City Council Chambers and has presented sud~ pkms and specifications to the Council for approval. NOW TIIERI!iFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE cITy COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i ) That such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made par! I~ert--.'of, ¢~re hereby approved. ;~ / That the City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official new,~;p~per an advertisement for bids under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisernor',,t s!~fll be published for ten (10) days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that l:he bid,': will be received by the City Administrator until 11:00 a.m. on November 28, 1989 at whk:h Ii,ne they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center by the City Administrator, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Ramsr;y (;iiy Council at 7:30 p.m. on November 28, 1989 in the Council Chambers.
