Councilman]t~er Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTIOhl DECLARING ADEQUACY OF REPORT F£)~'~ PFiOJECT #89-13 (WATER, SURFACING OF RIVLYN STREET N.W.) #89-11-311 PETITION AND ORDERING SANITARY SEWER AND FEASIBILITY BITUMINOUS WI{EREAS, the City has received a petition for the improvements of water, sanitary sr;w~;r and bituminous surfacing of Rivlyn Street N.W.; and WIIEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of taw[ul signatures of affected property owners; and WtiEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the City Chin[er and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. NOW THEREFOi:iE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AN[)K~, COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That a certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvemo~l:; of water, sanitary sewer and bituminous surfacing of Rivlyn Street N.W. has been filed witt~ Ii)~; City Council on September 28, 1989. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by tl)o required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to Cily of Ramsey Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. ::'.) That the petition is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instrur:!od to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the C()ur~cil in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of tile project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as ¢o wi~ether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvem~mt.
