Councilrm~mb(;~ P.'.;arson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-11-312 RESOLUTION FIECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89--13 (WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF RIVLYN S-'I'~:t[-~F'i~ N.W.) WHEFIEAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted November i4, 19(-',9, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associate~.;, I~:., with reference to water, sanitary sewer and bituminous surfacing improvemcmL,; 1o f{ivlyn Street N.W.; and Wt',EREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on November 14, 1989, whicl} ~eport indicates the following: i-'stimated total cost of project ¢{stimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) i:i:;timated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $130,585.00 $ 7,254.72 $ 1,130.29 NOW 'rHEI-1EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AHOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i ) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of water, sanitary sowur r. tnd bituminous surfacing of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment el ab~dting property ior all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Rams~,y City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $130,585.00. ~! ) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of E)~,~;(;~ber, 1989 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvemon? ar; r~,quired by law.
