Councilmcmb~ DcI,uca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-11-318A RES()LU'I'I'O~t APPROVING FINAL PAY ESTIMATE FOR RIDGEDALE ELECTRIC ]~NC. (PROJECT #89-26 REVISED TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR II[(;IlI¥?,,Y #I0 AT SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD N.W.) W~.EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 28, 1988; arid W~"[EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding t!~c, bid ~o Ridgedale Electric Inc. for the improvements to the Traffic Control System; and Associates, $49,098.40. W~I~EREAS, the City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson recommended final payment to Ridgedale Electric Inc. in the amount of NOW TIII~;~{~i;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMblEv~ ,4~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: t') 'l~hat the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Ridgedale Electric Inc., for thc i~im>vements to the Traffic Control System in the amount of $49,098.40. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign thc rclca,~: f~{~ m for this final payment. 3) That the amount of this f'mal payment is not included in Resolution #89-11- 313 approvi~g i);.~ymcnt of bills for the month of November, 1989. 4) of this rcs(>htfit>~..'.
