Councihncn ~[~: (Sch inn'oduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-11-319 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MORTON ADDITION <br /> <br /> 'WI IEREAS, Stanley E. Morton and Shelly L.
