Counciln-Jc~ nbcr I ~eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-11-323 <br /> <br />RES()I,UTI{IN ACCEPTING CITY OWNERSHIP OF OUTLOTS B AND C, <br />RIVER'S BEND ADDITION AND OUTLOT A, AUTUMN HEIGHTS ADDITION. <br /> <br /> W~'{EREAS, the Development Agreement for River's Bend Addition, Anoka <br />County, lVlinn~:sota provides for the transfer of ownership of Outlots B and C to the City of <br />Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> W~tEREAS, Outlot A, Autumn Heights Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; 1) <br />is not a buildablc lot, 2) is bordered on three sides by City of Ramsey parkland, 3) the owners of <br />the propm ty dca;ir(' to donate the property to the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> W~-tEREAS, it has been City of Ramsey policy to accept said parcels when they <br />can be us~:d beneficially for the common good of the community. <br /> <br />NOW TIlE!(EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE¥?
