Cou nci In ~cl n t~(:~ I 'ctcrson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-12-342 <br /> <br />RES()L~JT~('*N GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SORTEBERG'S 6TH <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> W~,IEREAS, Allen Sorteberg, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for pial approwd on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Thc ~.;~)t~tl~ ltalf of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, <br />A,~oka ~ ~,~mty, Minnesota, EXCEPT the East 60 rods thereof. <br /> <br /> A ?4D Wll EREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on August <br />1, 1989, ant[ ,'c,':,(m~mcnded the Developer to proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> W~tEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on August 10, <br />1989, aud rcct)mn~cnded that land be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> W~tEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, <br />1989, and ct, ~d ucle.,1 a public hearing and reconm~ended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WilEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on October 24, 1989, approved the <br />preliminary plat for Sorteberg's 6th Addition as stipulated in the City Engineer's review of <br />Septemhet' 2~,, i 9~-~9, and with the establishment of a restrictive covenants for the plat. <br /> <br />NOW TIIt~;REIeORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSi,;V~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> t) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval for Sorteberg's 6th <br />Addition in ;t~:,'.r,.)r(iance with relevant City codes. <br /> <br />The motion [t~ !ho adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson m~d t~i)~t~ -vale being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and thc tb) Iow,~g ':otcd against the same: <br /> <br />ami thc fi)lit w,,.mj,, ~bstai ned: <br /> <br />and thc lbllowi~T, were absent: <br /> <br />NOlI<: <br /> <br /> <br />
