<br />RES()I,I_JTI~,)N AUTItORIZING ACQUISITION FOR CERTAIN STREET AND
<br />UTILITY I~;ASEMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 153RD AVENUE N.W.

<br /> ~5~IiEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to acquire right-of-way, known as
<br />hnprovemcr~t 9m. icct #89-4 (S.A.P. 199-107-03), which project will facilitate the construction of
<br />streets a~d d~'~tinage facilities for construction of 153rd Avenue N.W. between CSAH #5 and
<br />Ramscy ll(~ulev~r'd N.W. generally in:
<br />
<br />and the South 1/2 of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25; all in Anoka County,
<br />
<br /> Wi[H);REAS, the improvement consists of the construction of drainage facilities
<br />and a new ~t,'c~:t, ~tll of said improvements in order to provide for the health, welfare and safety of
<br />the resident:; {}~' ~i}<~ City of Ramsey; and
<br />
<br /> W~IEREAS, certain lands are required to provide perpetual easements for said
