BETWEEN <br />IMPROVE~,I~T ( MAGNESIUM STREET <br />#116 AND~i~iCUL-DE-SAC TERMINUS) <br /> wHEI~E~S, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoatiag: <br /> <br /> a) ~Vh[gnesium Street N.W. between County Road #116 and it's cul-de-sac terminus <br /> <br /> AND ~REAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> Ur ;tiant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. <br />improvement,~ <br /> <br />NOW THER~F 2iRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE~i ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That tl~* lc ?posed improvement be referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is <br /> inStruCted ~ prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed <br /> advising t k?
