Cou ncflmembop 0eh introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-01-28 RESOLtJ~[~N~0RDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEM~I~T, ' (PONDVALE ESTATES 1ST AND 2ND ADDITION) WHEI~E~$, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: a) i15~(h Lane N.W. between Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and the Eastern plat boundary. b) '~¢4! th Lane N.W. between the Eastern plat boundary and it's cul-de-sac terminus. c) '~e iUm Street N.W. between 150th Lane N.W. and the northern plat boundary. AND~V~/. H ~REAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement;fl~Ur~jtlant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW THE!I~iF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSES; ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th~ p.~oposed improvement be referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instru'¢ ,t~! ~ prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising:t~.¢ Council in. a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasiblo~an~ias to the cost of the project to each affected property owner.
