NOW THER~"~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C~TY OF RAMSE'I'; ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Tha~ th ::[ 'gpoS~ improvement be refe~ed to Peter Raati~a, City Engineer, and he is ins~el ~ ~ prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed adviStfl ['t ~ Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasibli ar as to the cost of the project to each affected propeny owner.
