Councilmem~!l: <br /> <br />RESOLUT!~ <br />SEWER AN <br /> <br />Improvement~ <br />s~eet dralnag~fa~ <br /> <br /> The:S~fl <br /> Ano d.Cc <br /> <br /> AND .~] <br />drainage fac!l~e', <br />welfare and sa~!3 <br /> <br />improvement On: <br /> <br /> =hrson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #90-01-34 <br />· ~ <br /> <br /> AND <br />EMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WACO STREET AND <br />'CATER EXTENSION <br />~, the City of Ramsey proposed to acquire right-of-way, known as <br />~t #89-18 (S.A.P. 199-111-01), which project will facilitate the construction of <br />lities, utilities, and Waco Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th <br />!ally in: <br /> <br /> talf of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25; all in <br /> !ty, Minnesota. <br />!~EREAS, the improvement consists of the construction of sewer, water and <br />i and a new street, all of said improvements in order to provide for the health, <br />Of the residents of the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> $, certain lands are required to provide perpetual easements for said <br /> .'ucfion. <br /> <br /> WH"EI~E.~, the City of Ramsey has the right to acquire the right-of-way prior to the <br />filing of an aV~r~d~y the court appointed commissioners, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §117.011 <br />and § 117~042;}an~ P <br /> WHERE'8, the property owners from whom easements are required have been <br />identified ~by t~ ~¢ as follows, to-wit: <br /> :~ ES~MA~D ~GHT-OF-WAY <br /> ~ ~ FOR S.A.P. 199-111-01 <br /> <br /> [. <br /> ~ , (SF) ST~ET (SF) (SF) <br /> PAR ~ ~ UTL~ UT~ITY CONST. <br /> ~ O~R EASE~NT EASEME~ EASEMENT <br /> <br /> 1. ~ Albin Peterson 50,242.1 5,337 1,779 <br /> <br />NOW THER~F ~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE~ 2OUNTY~ OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That t~: 2try Council hereby authorizes the City Attorney to proceed to acquire the <br /> peCeta'~l ~ements over said lands in accordance with Minnesota Statutes. <br /> <br />2) That ~se~hnds as described above which cannot be acquired by direct negotiation shall be <br /> acquire.
