Council mcmbt~r DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-02-38 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMI,;NT PROJECT #90-01 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF WACO STREET N~W. AND WACO DRIVE N.W. BETWEEN 179TH LANE N.W. AND TIlE N¢}I~.T}IERN CITY BOUNDARY) WItI~;I;tEAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 23, 1990, a rt:port ha!~ been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with rcferencx: to bituminous surfacing improvement (Waco Street N.W. And Waco Drive N.W.); and WIII,;RI,;AS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 13, 1990, which ~'epo~ I: indicates the following: imatcd total cost of project $95,600.00 imatcd total assessment per unit (individual property cost) $ 3,083.87 D'.si:nnated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $ 480.47 NOW 'i"III~;i¢[~I,'()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI,;¥~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as folloxvs: 1) Th m iht:: R m-nsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets in accorda~ce with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of tht~. cosl of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the imp?ovemcnt of $ 95,600.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of Mar(:l~, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and th(; City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and iml)rOV~m(mt as required by law.
