BETWEEN DE-SAC TERMINUS) AND CALLING A HEARING ON (SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT COUNTY ROAD 116 AND IT'S CUL- WIII~;REAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 23, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to ,.;ealcoating improvement ( Magnesium Street N.W. between County Road 116 and it's cul-(lt~-sat.; terminus); and WIi~;[~EAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 13, 1990, which rt:I~ori indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $ Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) $ Estimated annual assessment per unit 3 ye~ term $ 1,465.00 325.00 127.85 NOW TIIEREF()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE~:, .ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Th at th c: Rmnsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such street in accc)rdzmce with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of th{: cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the imp}'ovement of $ 1,465.00. 2) That .~ 9ut,lie hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of M:trch~ 19!)0 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and thc: City /~dministrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvcm~mt as required by law.
