Councilmcmi~cr I >cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-02-42 RESOLIJTI()N RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-05 (SEALCOATING PONI)VAI,F; E,qTATES 1ST AND 2ND ADDITION) A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 23, 1990, it rcpor~ has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with rcfertmc,.; lo s,~.alcoating improvement ( Pondvale Estates 1st and 2nd Addition); and WtlEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 13, 1990, which rcp(,',, indicates the following: Esiimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) i~s~i mated annual assessment per unit 3 year term $3,539.00 $ 101.00 $ 39.73 NOW TIIEIiEFt)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSi;;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That tl~c R~m~sey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in :to;ord;mcc with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of thc cost of [he improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of thc imim)vement of $3,539.00. 2) That a p~Mic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of March, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and i~nprovcmcnt as required by law.
