Councihncmbc;' I ;cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-02-44 <br /> <br />RESOI,U'I'~ON RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-07 (OVERLAYING IMPROVEMENT AUTUMN <br />HEIGIITS ADDITION) <br /> <br /> W ll ER EA S, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 23, <br />1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />with rcfcrem:c to overlaying improvement (Autumn Heights Addition); and <br /> <br /> WIIEIIEAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 13, <br />1990, which ~cpor~ indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Eslmmted total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Eslimated annual assessment per unit <br /> 10 year term <br /> <br />$64,927.00 <br />$ 612.52 <br />$ 95.43 <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSI';?, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That thc: Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets <br />in acc<~rda~ce with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvemeut pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost <br />of tim im provement of $ 64,927.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />'l'ha~ a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of <br />March, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the Cilv Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />Thc motion for Ih~:; adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Petcrson and ui)r,', vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc Collowing ,,otcd against the same: <br /> <br />NOlI(; <br /> <br />and Iht followi~g ab.stained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and lhc lb]lowi~T, were absent: <br /> <br />Noll~ <br /> <br /> <br />
