Councihncmbc;' I ;cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-02-44 RESOI,U'I'~ON RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-07 (OVERLAYING IMPROVEMENT AUTUMN HEIGIITS ADDITION) W ll ER EA S, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 23, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with rcfcrem:c to overlaying improvement (Autumn Heights Addition); and WIIEIIEAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 13, 1990, which ~cpor~ indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Eslmmted total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Eslimated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $64,927.00 $ 612.52 $ 95.43 NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI';?, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc: Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets in acc<~rda~ce with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvemeut pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of tim im provement of $ 64,927.00. 2) 'l'ha~ a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of March, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the Cilv Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
