Councilmcn~b(? !)~I.uca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-02-45 RESOI,IJTiON RECEIVING REPORT IMPROYEMENT PROJECT #90-08 WOOl)LAND CREEN ADDITION) AND CALLING A HEARING ON (OVERLAYING IMPROVEMENT WIIEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 23, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., wilh reference to overlaying improvement (Woodland Green Addition); and WIIERE/~S, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 13, 1990, which mpor~ indicates the following: i~s/imatcd total cost of project $29,320.00 Esti mated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) $ 563.85 Estimated annual assessment per unit 10 year tema $ 87.85 NOW TIII!;I{EI~'()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Th at thc I,~ a~ nsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets in accordar~ce with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of thc: cost of ihe improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the. iml>rovement of $ 29,320.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of March~ 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City,., ?',dministrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
