EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSES~, ,\NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That lhc i~amsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets in accordm~ce with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of thc~ cost of' rl~e improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the i~np, ovement of $18,718.00. 2) That :t pt0,1ic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of March, 1. 900 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and thC; (2ity /xdministrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improv~r~;nt as required by law.
