Cotmcihnembcr I )cl.uca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOIAJTiON RECEIVING AND CERTIFYING PETITION AND ORDERING FEASIB!i,ITY STUDY FOR BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BAUGH STREET RESOLUTION #90-02-47 WIt ERE/~S, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the improvemcnl ~ff' bituminous surfacing of Baugh St. N.W.; and Wll I~;REa$, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful :dgna~,urc:s of affected property owners; and WIIEI~.EAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City Charter and Mimwsota Statues concerning local improvements. NOW TItEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEV~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of bituminous stM'acing of Baugh St. N.W. has been filed with the City Council on February 13, 1990. Thc 9ctitioa is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property owm:~ s. This declaration is made in conformity to the City of Ramsey ordinance 210.01 and Mirmc:;ota Statue Chapter 429. 2) Thc peri tion is hereby referred to Peter Raafikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to pr{zparc, a f~zasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Cc, m~,:il in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to th<; cost of ~he project to each 'affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also commcn~ a'.g to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with SOIYIt: tT)t[l~2I improvement. 3) Thc: above mention project shall hereby referred to as Project #-90-10.
