Cotmcihnembcr I )cl.uca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOIAJTiON RECEIVING AND CERTIFYING PETITION AND ORDERING <br />FEASIB!i,ITY STUDY FOR BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BAUGH STREET <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-02-47 <br /> <br /> WIt ERE/~S, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvemcnl ~ff' bituminous surfacing of Baugh St. N.W.; and <br /> <br /> Wll I~;REa$, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful :dgna~,urc:s of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WIIEI~.EAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City <br />Charter and Mimwsota Statues concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEV~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />A certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of bituminous <br />stM'acing of Baugh St. N.W. has been filed with the City Council on February 13, 1990. <br />Thc 9ctitioa is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property <br />owm:~ s. This declaration is made in conformity to the City of Ramsey ordinance 210.01 <br />and Mirmc:;ota Statue Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thc peri tion is hereby referred to Peter Raafikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />pr{zparc, a f~zasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Cc, m~,:il in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />th<; cost of ~he project to each 'affected property owner.
