ERli;~S, tile Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #89-08-214 which authorized <br />City Staff' to advertise for bids for the printing of the Ramsey Resident's Guide and set the bid <br />opening date l'~r 12:00 noon of Thursday, December 14, 1989; and <br /> <br /> W!
