PROGRAM <br /> <br /> WIIER EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey h as supported the development of <br />recreation [';;cilitic:; a~ River's Bend Park; and <br /> <br />WIII~;REAS, the facility improvements at the park were undertaken in 1988 and 1989; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WIIEI?I,;AS, the Council's intent is to enhance outdoor recreation activities within the <br />park for disabled trod physically limited individuals; and <br /> <br /> WIII~;RE/\S, the Council allocated up to $136,000 in 1989 for further enhancement of <br />thc park ir}chiding hmdscaping, establishment of native prairie, vehicle access, handicapped and <br />seniors' par!(ing ~,nd installed paved trails in the park including those elements required for a <br />fishing pict', <br /> <br />NOW TIII~;I~EI;'()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSI,;Y? AN()KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) Thai fl~*.
