<br />RES()IAJTII>N ENI)ING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR DAN BRAY
<br />
<br /> WIi~I,;REAS, Dan Bray began employment at the City of Ramsey on August 21, 1989,
<br />as Building Mai ntenance Worker for Administrative Services, in salary grade 1, with an annual
<br />salary of $12,562; and
<br />
<br /> WltF, REAS, as stated in the AFSCME contract, of which Mr. Bray is a member, the
<br />probationary peric, d for new employees is six-months (upon completion of 1,040 hours), and the
<br />six-month pr, ~bati, mary period for Dan Bray expires on February 26, 1990; and
<br />
<br /> WIIEREAS, Sandra Ashley, Finance Officer, and Mr. Bray's immediate supervisor, has
<br />given a sati~;facm~ y employee performance appraisal and recommends retaining Mr. Bray at the
<br />City of Ramscy as a reguhtr fidl.-time employee; and
<br />
<br /> WIIEREAS, the probationary period has been successfully completed and Miss Ashley
<br />recommends fl~at Dan Bray's salary be adjusted to the annual rate of $14,557 per the six-month
<br />rate of salary grad:~ 1 of the AFSCME contract; and
<br />
<br /> 'WIIEREAS, City Administrator, David Hartley is in agreement with the
<br />recommemtat ion $ ~f Sa ndra Ashley; and
<br />
<br /> WItEREAS, as stated in the AFSCME contract, increases will take place at the
<br />completion el' ! 040 hours, which in this case is effective February 27, 1990.

<br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />That !he (.[ty Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of Finance
<br />Officcr, Stmdra Ashley and City Administrator, David Hartley, to end the probationary
<br />pe;it~d for Dan Bray, and instruct Kay McAloney, Personnel Coordinator, to prepare the
<br />nec¢:;gary l~aperwork for change in status to full-time regular employee effective February
<br />27. 1990 a~d change salary to $14,557 annually.

<br />The motion for ih: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
