Councilmcmhe~' P, zterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-03-075 <br /> <br />RES()IAJT~,ON RECOGNIZING APRIL 7 THROUGH APRIL 14 AS 1990 <br />NATIONA{, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEEK <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the week of April 7 through April 14, 1990 has been designated as <br />National Commttrfity Development Week and Anoka County is participating in the Community <br />Developme~t Blo~zk Grant (CDBG) Program which funds a variety of social service, economic <br />developm~m~, Imblic utility and housing programs in the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> W [ I ~_;l/E A S, the City of Ramsey recognizes that during the last nine years a partnership <br />of federal, local ~overnment, non-profit and community efforts has enabled Anoka County to <br />utilize 13.5 milli,.m dollars of ttUD-allocated CDBG Funds for public facilities, business <br />developmcm, human services, housing development and development and rehabilitation to aid it's <br />low-income cil iz,.ms and to preserve neighborhoods; and <br /> <br /> W llEl;t EAS, during 1990 National Community Development Week, Anoka County is <br />extending special ~hanks and recognition to all participants, whose hard work and devotion to the <br />neighborhoods and their low and moderate income residents, help insure the quality and the <br />effectiveness; et' th{'.
